Refund Policy.



We do not accept returns on perishable goods such as food and drinks, or gift cards.




We only replace food items from produce boxes if they rotten or damaged during delivery. Items will be exchanged for the same item. Contact must be made within 24 hours of collection on 0423 667 005. A photo of the damaged item must be supplied for an exchange.

Depending on the day of notification, exchanges may take up to 1 week to replace.

Our online shop is a pre-order service. All orders need to be in by Midnight Sunday for collection the following week. Orders will be ready for pick up or delivery Wednesday after 2pm (3 days later). If you order after the Sunday Midnight cut off, your order will not be ready until the following week (10 days later).

It is your responsibility to note the date your order will be ready for pick up. We will not offer a refund, or reschedule your pick up date if you order incorrectly or forget to cancel your order.
